# Lumi Support

> Customer support for small teams, all in one place: an AI agent that answers from your help text, live handoff to a person, contact forms with their own inbox, and your own tools over MCP.

Lumi is built by CodeBridger LTD (UK). A team pastes its help text, adds one script tag to its site (or shares a hosted chat link), and the AI agent answers visitors. When a visitor wants a person, the team gets an alert and takes the chat over live. Contact forms send their messages to a Forms inbox in the same dashboard, and replies go out by email in the team's brand. Over MCP, the agent can use tools the team connects and ticks, and every tool call is logged.

## Pricing

- $12 a month per AI agent + tax (£9 + VAT in the UK). One plan, all included: the AI agent, live handoff, contact forms and branded email.
- Each AI agent includes 1,500 credits a month and 2 human teammates. Form messages use no credits.
- Credits are prepaid and never bought automatically, so there is no overage bill and no per-resolution fee. Top-ups start at $5 and do not expire.
- When the credits run out, the chat asks visitors for their email instead of billing more.
- Trial: 3 days or 60 credits, whichever ends first. It needs a card, and the plan starts when the trial ends.

## Not there yet

- An email inbox: Lumi receives no email; form replies go out by email.
- Knowledge from file upload or URL import (it is pasted text for now).
- Languages other than English in the widget and emails.
